  • Paper or facsimile copies will not be accepted.
  • Abstract submissions must be received electronically by midnight (EST) on 15th December 2014.
  • All abstract submissions must include a declaration of interest – see question 6.
  • All podium presentations must show a slide declaring conflicts of interest immediately following the title slide. Failure to include a slide declaring conflicts of interest will result in cancellation of the presentation.
  • All presenters must be a co-author of the paper
  • The abstract must not exceed 400 words (excluding title, authors and institution) – see question 13.
